NEW ZEALAND, By a telegram from Wellington, dated Sept. 26, we learn that the New Zealand Parliament is prorogued. Mr. Hall’s government have passed their Representation Bi11, providing for a redistribution of seats in the House of Representatives, together with a number of other important measures, including an amendment of the Act relating to the Appointment of Agents for Inscription of Stock at the Bank of England. 1881
