New Zealand.—Advices brought from Auckland, New Zealand, to the end of September, by the ship Kenilworth, announce that Mr. Williamson has been re-elected Superintendent of the province, and it is expected that this event will have the effect of allaying the political ferment which for so long a time has obstructed the progress of the colony. It was considered that on the meeting of the Provincial Council an improved land scheme would be introduced calculated to meet the views of all parties.
